Target group:
Companies from the SME sector, from the services sector, especially those operating on the B2B market, that struggle with payment gridlock, low predictability of inflows and a lack of analytical tools enabling effective financial planning.
Project goal:
Development and implementation of the innovative Administy platform, dedicated to B2B companies in the services sector. Administy automates receivables collection, forecasts cash flow and analyses the payment risk of business partners, eliminating the problem of financial gridlock, improving companies’ liquidity and allowing them to fully automate the management of financial flows.
Effects:
Bringing to market a product innovation on at least a national scale – the Administy platform, available on mobile devices and web browsers, serving as the basic tool of an entrepreneur’s daily work. Thanks to integration with accounting systems and analysis of payment patterns, Administy offers a consistent overview of financial flows, supports collections, forecasts cash flow and allows many administrative and accounting tasks to be automated. As a result, the platform increases efficiency, improves the quality of financial management and helps entrepreneurs make sound business decisions.
After the project ends, jobs will also be created under employment contracts: 6 FTE.
The modules built in the project work in Administy.

Let’s talk about what’s weighing on you today.
This meeting is a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. You tell us what challenge and what business case your company is facing today: liquidity, receivables, costs or profitability. Together we name the causes and check what can be put in order. We will show the system if it turns out to be needed.
