Partnership Acquisition and Retention Specialist
You build relationships with the partners and B2B clients of a fintech that helps service companies regain control of their cash flow.
Recruitment closed. All candidates have been hired. Both positions have been filled. Thank you to all candidates for your interest and your time.
About Administy
We know the realities of the service business from the inside: cash flow, late payments, chaos in reports and the daily stress of B2B company finances.
Your responsibilities
- 1
Building and developing relationships with business partners
- 2
Identifying potential partners (software houses, agencies, integrators, accounting firms, financial advisers and so on)
- 3
Helping partners get to know and implement Administy
- 4
Co-creating the partner process, from first contact to joint implementations
- 5
Actively seeking B2B clients, especially in service industries
- 6
Taking part in implementations (optional, if you have the experience or the wish)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with experience in B2B sales or partnership development, ideally in SaaS, IT, finance or consulting.
It is not about the number of years, but about business maturity and an understanding of what working with a partner looks like, as opposed to a “transactional client”.
We do not rule out young talent, but after a dozen or so recruitment rounds (including one with over 900 applications) we know that applications sent “blindly” usually do not lead to a good match.
So if you want to apply without experience, please write, with care, why you are convinced this position is right for you.
